We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for the Pori Mr. Panini unit for approximately one year during parental leave. Job Description Your responsibilities include, among others, shift planning, ensuring daily production, acting as a direct supervisor of production staff, onboarding, and developing work well-being and overall production operations together with management. As a supervisor, your primary task is to enable the daily success of your team within your area of responsibility. You will ensure that processes operate safely, with high quality, and cost-effectively.
