The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to organize your work. In addition to work flexibility, the income from the job is approximately €3400 per month when you have four children in care, and you accrue seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is carried out as a franchise entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You don't need prior business experience, just a passionate attitude towards early childhood education and good rapport with adults.
