Our caring providers open their homes to children who form their first relationships outside their family. Safe and quality early childhood education is every child's right, and we want to enable this with your help! Family daycare providers at Kultapalat have groups of up to four children. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to organize your work. In addition to the flexibility, the average monthly income from the work is approximately €3,600, with four children in care and seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is carried out as a franchisee within the Kultapalat chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You don't need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults.
