We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position at Norlandia Isokarhu. Norlandia Isokarhu offers high-quality residential services and care for the elderly, located conveniently in Tuusula. As a registered nurse, your role is broad, and you will utilize your professional skills in various ways. Your tasks include acting as a nursing expert for the team, managing medication, working closely with relatives and other stakeholders, and supporting residents' functional capacity across different areas of life. You will participate in basic care with other healthcare staff and assist residents as needed with meals, dressing, and mobility. You will be an important part of an enthusiastic and development-oriented team. We expect from you: - Willingness to warmly engage with seniors, their relatives, colleagues, and the community - Energetic attitude and desire to work with the elderly - Nursing degree (or nearing completion) - Vaccination against infectious diseases according to section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act - Hygiene pass - At least conversational Finnish skills (B1) - The selected candidate will be asked to present a valid criminal record extract before starting employment. The criminal record extract must be presented at the latest within the probation period if working at least 3 months full-time. - Comfort working in an environment where dogs from the daycare visit daily.
