In this role, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and act as a trusted partner for your clients in financial solutions. You will mainly work on personal banking matters for corporate clients, assisting with financing, savings, investments, and wealth planning. You will ensure comprehensive service for your clients, recognize their changing needs, and build long-term customer relationships by offering solutions that support their goals today and in the future. You will meet clients both face-to-face and remotely, and your work will be based on strong expertise, trust, and excellent customer experience. We are seeking a candidate with experience in banking or finance and a proven track record in customer responsibility. You should be familiar with personal finance and investment services, understand different life situations of clients, and be able to offer appropriate solutions. You should be capable of working independently with client responsibilities but also value teamwork and support from colleagues to achieve common goals. You will work goal-oriented and customer-focused. You enjoy meeting clients, listening, building trust, and progressing tasks decisively. You communicate fluently in Finnish, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. The role requires APV1 – Investment Services Qualification, which we will also fund if needed during your work.
