Are you the person we are looking for Physical Activity Instructor / Hobby Instructor, Parkour - Specialist Location:Leppävaara, Monday afternoon 1 hour, Leppävaara, Tuesday afternoon 1 hour, Leppävaara, Wednesday afternoon 1 hour, Central-Poho Espoo, Tuesday afternoon 1 hour, Central-Poho Espoo, Wednesday afternoon 1 hour, Central-Poho Espoo, Thursday afternoon 1 hour. Fixed-term employment: September 1, 2026 – May 15, 2027 We are seeking a physical activity instructor for a fixed-term hourly position. In this role, you will teach elementary school children the basics of parkour and tricks. You will be responsible for planning and leading hobby classes. You should act as an inspiring and safe coach. Your presence will create a relaxed atmosphere in the classes, where everyone can dare to be themselves; try, learn, succeed, and be enthusiastic at their own skill level. In your work, you will represent the principles of a Safe Space by ensuring their implementation in all coaching situations. We especially expect from you: - Sufficient knowledge, skills, and experience in guiding children’s physical activity groups. - Good group management skills. - A humane and encouraging working attitude. - Willingness to commit to the position for a fixed period and to carry out responsibilities reliably. We consider an advantage if you: have personal trainer studies / studies as a physical education teacher or instructor / youth work studies / social sector studies / pedagogical studies OR are a hobbyist in parkour. The position requires you to be of legal age and upon selection, you will need to present a criminal record extract (Act on the Background Check of Persons Working with Children 504/2002). As a good place to work, we offer: a competitive hourly wage of €30/hour (including holiday pay) and accident insurance.
