As an electrical panel assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and finishing electrical panels in accordance with documentation and customer requirements. The work varies depending on the product being manufactured and may be performed independently or with team members. Based on experience, skills, and preferences, personnel are assigned to the production of electrical panels within a specified product group. The role requires a proactive attitude and understanding of work safety, responsibility, and various electrical technical requirements. The work location is in Kuopio at Sorsala or Särkiniemi, Iisalmi, or Ikaalinen. The work is day shift (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working hours and the technology industry collective agreement (TES). The starting salary is according to the collective agreement salary system, TVR2-5, depending on the complexity of the tasks. After four months, a personal salary component (5-26%) will be defined based on performance.
