Welcome to our team in complex level social services for people with disabilities! We are looking for part-time workers for nurse assistant roles in Rovaniemi. The nurse assistant is responsible for basic care and guidance in all daily activities. Clients are supported in finding and using their own resources through individualized methods, as well as supporting independent living and social interaction. We use augmentative and alternative communication methods. Our goal is to enable clients to have an equal, individualized, and choice-respecting daily life. A good work environment is valuable and important to us. Qualifications for the role include a nurse assistant degree or equivalent previous qualification and registration with JulkiTerhikki/JulkiSuosikki (Valvira). Students in the field are also considered. Experience in the field of intellectual disabilities is appreciated but not essential. Training for the role will be provided. Salary and other terms of employment are determined according to the Sote agreement. Regarding staff vaccination, we follow the work and infectious disease law requirements.
