We are currently seeking a welding machine repairer/maintenance technician in Pirkkala. Tampereen Pirkka-Hitsi Oy is a technical wholesale company in the welding sector. We serve corporate, private, and public sector customers in the industrial and repair shop fields. We import and supply welding products across Finland. Service orientation and high customer satisfaction are important to us. The tasks of the welding machine repairer/maintenance technician include repairing and maintaining welding machines and equipment, as well as measurements. The role also involves ensuring that welding machines and equipment are in compliance with electrical safety laws before handing over to customers. We hope you are interested in electronics and related repair and maintenance work. A background as an electronics installer or similar education provides a solid foundation for the role. Previous experience in similar tasks, such as automation installation, electronics installation, or electrical work, will help you succeed. A multimeter is the most important tool in this role, so we expect you to be able to use it along with other technical tools such as soldering equipment and screwdrivers. The work can sometimes be hectic, so prioritization and stress tolerance are needed. The person we are looking for can work independently and adapt to changing situations according to customer needs. The best fit is someone who can see the overall maintenance operations and is interested in developing and expanding their own and the company's expertise. Training will be provided, so genuine interest in the field and a desire to learn are most important.
