We are looking for a regional sales specialist to join ABB Oy's domestic sales team in the Smart Buildings division, responsible for sales in Northern Finland, covering from Kalajoki to Kainuu and the rest of northern Finland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to offer ABB solutions, including conduit fittings, electrical installation equipment, home automation, and electrical panels. Your main focus will be on the electrical contractor sector. You will use your expertise to define and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and ensure profitable and sustainable growth. You will work closely daily with local ABB sales units, end customers, and various sales channels. The job location is in Oulu. The role requires travel readiness within Finland, mainly in Northern Finland. The working model is hybrid. Your responsibilities include managing customer relationships, building and maintaining strong customer relations, identifying new opportunities, and promoting sales to meet annual targets. You will have sales responsibility in Northern Finland for contractor sector products suitable for ABB's construction sector. You will market and promote new and existing solutions to improve customer productivity and experience. Active customer interaction through regular contact and meetings is expected. You will have the opportunity to join a motivated and high-performing team. The role requires the ability to build professional networks, enjoy communication and presentation, demonstrate negotiation skills, and have a customer-oriented mindset. You are a team player with excellent social skills, fluent in Finnish and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. Ideally, you have technical understanding and knowledge of electrical automation and building automation in construction segments. An electrical engineering degree or equivalent is an advantage. Willingness to travel in Finland, mainly in Northern Finland, is required. You have sales experience selling to electrical contractors.
