We are seeking a participating construction site supervisor for our client company in Oulu. Your task will be to work as a site supervisor on various renovation projects in Oulu. The job may include, among other things, material procurement, bid calculation, cooperation with different stakeholders, and practical construction work as needed based on your skills. Success in this role requires previous experience in the construction industry, experience in bid calculation, result-orientedness, and flexibility in work tasks as needed. The working hours are full-time, and work is available immediately after finding a suitable person. Employment initially occurs through a rental arrangement, with the possibility to transfer to a permanent position with the client company afterward. We expect from you: Previous experience in supervisory tasks, Previous experience in the construction industry, Relevant educational background, Ability to work independently and responsibly, Good communication and organizational skills, Proficiency in IT skills.
