We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer for our client, SATA Shipbuilding Oy. The employee will be directly employed by the client. Maintenance Engineer We are looking for a maintenance engineer for a permanent position in a shipyard environment, responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing maintenance activities. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the shipyard’s maintenance operations, ensuring smooth production and infrastructure functioning. The work involves close cooperation with various stakeholders and coordinating operational maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities * Act as a contact person between different stakeholders * Planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance work * Using, maintaining, and developing the maintenance system * Coordinating operational maintenance matters * Managing work orders and resource planning * Participating in the development of maintenance practices and processes * Collaborating with production, contractors, and other partners Requirements * Suitable technical education (e.g., engineer, AMK) * Experience in maintenance, industrial, or production environments * Good organizational and coordination skills * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders * Proactive and solution-oriented approach * Good IT skills Desirable * Experience with maintenance systems and development * Knowledge of shipyard, maritime, or heavy industry * Project management skills * Proficiency in English We offer * Permanent employment in a stable environment * A diverse and responsible role * Opportunity to participate in developing the shipyard’s maintenance operations * Support from a professional team * Competitive salary and employee benefits SATA Shipbuilding Oy offers you a permanent position in a growing and developing company.
