We are looking for food workers for our client! Sauvon Säilyke is a family business in the food industry established in 1962, employing around 30 people year-round. During peak seasons, the number of employees doubles. The company's operations include the production of vegetable and mushroom preserves of high quality for retail, wholesale, and industry. The strength lies in locally produced fresh, selected raw materials, which are used to make the best products with Finnish expertise and traditional recipes. The goal is to produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Job Description: The work involves various tasks in a food factory. Tasks mainly include the preparation, packaging, canning, and dispatch of canned products such as spices/vinegar cucumbers, mushrooms, and beetroot preserves. The work may also include other general food production tasks, such as palletizing, sorting, and labeling. Seasonal work is performed on a casual basis on weekdays, with shifts alternating between morning and evening. Morning shift is from 7:00 to 15:30, and evening shift from 15:30 to 23:00. We are looking for individuals who are flexible with seasonal shifts and possibly also work after the summer. The workplace is not accessible by public transport, so commuting requires a car. Requirements: We expect a proactive and independent work attitude, good availability for seasonal shifts, and possibly work after summer. Previous experience in food or production work is a plus but not a requirement. The work requires dexterity, precision, speed, and a desire to work in a factory environment with food products. It involves repetitive standing work, so good basic fitness is necessary. Applicants should have a valid hygiene passport, access to a car, and Finnish language skills.
