This is a newly created Director-level role at Nexthink focusing on building a world-class Total Rewards function, leading a major Workday implementation, and accelerating AI and automation in HR. The role reports to the Chief People Officer, manages the HRIS team, and is a key voice on total rewards and people technology. Responsibilities include managing global compensation frameworks, running annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, pay equity, advising on offers and promotions, and supporting equity plans. The role also leads HRIS data governance, Workday roadmap, analytics, and AI adoption, including automation projects and vendor evaluations. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in total rewards, HR technology, and people management, with strong analytical skills and global operational experience.
