Join Aana Palvelut for a summer job where you can develop a new way of sharing stories about everyday help, humane work, and life stories! We are looking for two summer ambassadors for the 2026 pilot season, during which we will build Aana Palvelut's digital visibility and employer image, as well as develop new content for social media and communication. This is an educational summer job where you will create practical content, participate in events, and experiment with new forms of communication and social media content. We offer a summer job opportunity for young people interested in communication and content creation. We are looking for individuals who are interested in social media, communication, or content creation, produce content, film, or write in their free time or as a hobby, are proactive and enthusiastic about trying new things, are interested in people, stories, and social themes, and want to develop creative ideas and new content formats. Previous work experience is not necessary. During the summer, you will participate in diverse content creation, such as creating social media content, planning and executing videos and posts, conducting interviews, participating in and documenting events, highlighting everyday stories and phenomena, writing articles and stories, planning and developing content ideas, testing and experimenting with new content concepts, monitoring and evaluating content effectiveness. The goal is not the quantity of content but to find new ways to tell about Aana’s activities in an engaging and impactful manner. The work includes both independent work and collaboration with Aana’s staff, clients, and another summer ambassador. The role will be shaped partly based on the skills, interests, and ideas of the selected individuals. Summer ambassadors are encouraged to bring their own perspectives and boldly try out new content in line with the pilot’s objectives. We offer practical experience in communication, marketing, and content creation, an opportunity to develop your skills and test ideas in practice, guidance and coaching throughout the summer, meaningful work and working with authentic stories, and an opportunity to influence how Aana’s activities and everyday help are communicated.
