Data Architect for Permanent Position We are seeking an experienced Data Architect for a permanent role with our client. In this position, you will work on modern data projects, particularly focusing on industrial sector clients. Projects utilize platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and other modern data solutions. Your workplace can be in Tampere, Helsinki, or Turku, with the possibility of mostly remote work, depending on client needs and project requirements. Role: - As a Data Architect, you will serve as a key expert in client projects, responsible for designing data solutions, developing them, and building overall architecture. - You will work on business-critical data projects, helping clients utilize data more effectively in decision-making, processes, and business development. - You will be supported by a team of about five specialists, which is expected to grow soon. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how the team is built and what skills are developed around it. What you will do: - Design and develop modern data architectures for client projects - Work with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms - Participate in developing data solutions for industrial sector clients - Act as a technical advisor and solution designer for clients - Support the development of team skills and operational models - Influence how the growing data team is built in the future What we expect from you: - Previous experience in data architecture and the ability to understand broad technical systems from a business perspective We especially value: - Experience as a Data Architect or similar expert role - Skills in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms - Customer-oriented and solution-focused working style - Ability to discuss technical solutions with clients and team members - Willingness to develop your own skills and participate in team development - Fluent Finnish language skills What we offer: - A permanent role in a growing data expert team, where you can influence both client solutions and the team’s future direction.
