The HR Specialist coordinates and develops human resources processes and supports managers in implementing personnel guidelines and employment matters. Our work community is development-oriented, and in recent years we have invested in developing HR processes and managerial work through two projects. With the newly created part-time position, we seek permanent support for coordinating HR processes. The HR Specialist acts as the municipal KT contact person and prepares matters for the cooperation committee. The HR Specialist also serves as the occupational health contact person and as an expert in developing workplace well-being and work ability management. To ensure smooth tasks, we hope you enjoy collaborating with managers, employees, and representatives, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, work independently, and have good organizational and decision-making skills. We offer an independent role where you can utilize your HR expertise broadly, develop processes, and enhance your skills. The HR Specialist position is part-time at 60% of office hours (36.25 hours/week), and a suitable higher education degree is required. Experience and skills in HR tasks are necessary. Knowledge of KVTES and other municipal collective agreements is especially valued. The work requires good negotiation, cooperation, interaction skills, and ICT skills.
