Would you like to lead demanding concrete construction projects in the growing industrial area of North Sweden? In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, high-quality, and smooth progress of construction sites in the North Sweden region. Your tasks include site management, resource planning, scheduling, financial monitoring, and documentation, working closely with your team, the client, and subcontractors. The position is full-time and permanent, with employment directly with our client once new projects are confirmed. Ideally, you can start between May and June 2026. Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required. The role emphasizes safety and other supervisory responsibilities. We value a systematic work approach. Work is primarily on a 7/7 rotation. You are suitable for this role if you have: Previous experience in construction site tasks, Experience in site management and strong leadership skills, Solid safety expertise, Construction education (e.g., construction foreman or engineer), Ability to manage IT systems related to site management, Experience in scheduling and financial oversight, Readiness to work in North Sweden, Fluent Swedish, English skills are a plus. It is advantageous to have Swedish concrete qualifications (concrete supervisor qualification level 1). It is also beneficial (but not mandatory) if you have: Finnish language skills, Experience with international construction sites, Interest and willingness to develop work methods and participate in the company's growth story.
