We are looking for claims adjusters for temporary positions in personal compensation services for companies. Do you have customer service skills as a second nature? Your tasks and what we expect from you As a claims adjuster in personal compensation services for corporate clients, you will work with statutory accident insurance and be part of the Finnish social security system. Our customers are corporate clients and their insured personnel. The claims adjuster tasks include customer support and advice via phone and electronic channels, making compensation decisions, and applying compensation practices, medical knowledge, and laws. You will never be alone — you will be supported by a multidisciplinary community and expertise within the department. We prioritize excellent customer experience. You will meet customers constructively, empathetically, and solution-oriented. Your work is meaningful and long-term, as our customers often establish lifelong relationships with us through their claims. Although our work is fast-paced and tasks may vary daily, you can handle pressure and know that there is enough time for everything during the workweek. We give responsibility and hope for courage, as goal-oriented self-direction and prioritization are essential in this role. You can be a newcomer or an experienced professional; your team, colleagues, onboarding coordinator, and supervisor will help you learn the ins and outs of claims processing. Finnish and English language skills are required, both spoken and written. Swedish language customer service skills are an advantage. What we can offer you We offer flexible working hours and a multi-location work environment, allowing you to work partly remotely during the week. Training for the role will be provided at our office in Espoo and requires on-site presence. The salary for this claims adjuster position in the Helsinki metropolitan area is €2974/month. The office is located in Tapiola, Espoo.
