The caretaker has a designated apartment A3, with an area of 66 m2, 3 rooms + kitchen. Caretaker duties include weekly stair cleaning, maintenance of technical rooms, flagging, handing over keys for heating poles and laundry room, as well as notifications and reports to the property management office. The caretaker also maintains the building register and puts up names on doors and notices. Previous experience in caretaker tasks is considered an advantage.
