We are looking for an earthworks worker (foreman) in Lahti and the Päijät-Häme region. Are you seeking a stable and good workplace? Our client is looking for an independent earthworks professional for a temporary employment contract that lasts until winter. Our client is a young and growing company. In this role, you will assist with excavation work using a backhoe, and experience with laser leveling is considered an advantage. The work sites are located in the Päijät-Häme region. If you possess the following qualities, you might be the person we are looking for: Experience in earthworks tasks – we seek a professional who works efficiently without supervision. Valid professional certificates (Occupational safety and traffic safety cards are an advantage) – if not, they must be obtained before starting work. Good Finnish language skills – the working language is Finnish. High work ethic – the work is independent, and you are responsible for your work quality. Good social skills – able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
