Kaiku HR is looking for several workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for major projects in the shipbuilding industry at the Rauma shipyard. Now you have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense ships, and world-class special vessels. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. Open positions are for SHEET AND PROFILE BENDERS. In this role, you will bend metal sheets with a press according to wooden models. Each workpiece is unique. This is a craftsperson's position. Your tasks include: Bending with a press according to wooden models The bent parts are 2.12 meters in size, and each part is different. The work is done by feel and visually, repeating steps until the part matches the model. We require from you: Interest in shipyard and machine shop work Previous experience in a similar role or a strong interest and suitability for learning Careful and proactive work attitude Ability to work in a team Valid safety and hot work certificates Readiness for shift work Please note that selected candidates will undergo a basic personal security clearance.
