Betesda Foundation's Betesda Services Ltd provides residential and outreach services in Uusimaa for the elderly as well as adults undergoing mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation. "Jokela Hill" has five group homes, with placements based on the individual service needs of residents. The residents of the group homes include those undergoing mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation as well as the elderly. In the Jokela community, residents can strengthen their resources, maintain or improve their functional capacity, and live a life of their own choosing. WE ARE looking for on-call PRACTICAL NURSES (primarily for night shifts) at Service Home Jokela. Our residents need guidance, support, and care in their daily activities. We work in a humorous work community where you can utilize your skills and strengths in many ways. WE EXPECT: Suitable education for the position and an individual and resident-oriented approach. Interest in teamwork, a positive and solution-focused attitude. Ability to develop and adapt your own and the team’s working methods based on residents’ needs and wishes.
