About us: Our Marketing Molecular Solutions department in Mannheim (Division Roche Diagnostics) is responsible for marketing planning, strategy development and product management in tissue diagnostics and Women’s Health in Germany. We are continuously seeking motivated talents for this permanent role to help shape the future of diagnostics. Your responsibilities: During your internship you will take on diverse tasks and contribute to supporting the marketing and product management functions, including leading (sub)projects to support product management, optimizing processes and reporting; conducting market and potential analyses to support strategic decisions and help plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns; participating in the conception and execution of marketing campaigns to position our products in the market; collaborating with external agencies to create marketing materials (e.g., brochures, ads) or implement your own ideas in marketing materials; preparing scientific and product-related information and supporting our sales team in using it effectively; assisting in the planning and execution of trainings and events. Who you are: Student status: enrolled in natural or business sciences (e.g., biology, business administration, health management) in an advanced bachelor or master studies; a gap year internship is possible. Experience: initial practical experience in marketing and sales is advantageous. Working style: proactive, independent and highly motivated; ability to quickly understand and implement complex matters. Interests: interest in biology, complex diseases and health market challenges. Technical skills: our work relies on Google tools like G Sheets and G Slides; familiarity with Excel or PowerPoint helps. Very good German (C level) and good English (B level) round out your profile.
