Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative you will handle customers via phone, email and social media. You will answer questions and solve problems in an efficient and productive manner. All communication with customers will be in Norwegian and you will be in contact with your team via online chat and communication systems. If you already live in Greece, perfect, you can follow the training from home and continue to work. If you do not live in Greece yet, our client offers you a well-managed relocation package including flight ticket to Greece and two weeks hotel stay, with help from HR to open a Greek bank account and health insurance. You will get paid 1,300 EUR per month plus 100–300 EUR performance bonus and 14 salaries per year. You will also receive help to find permanent housing and a temporary housing allowance for the first two weeks. You will speak fluent English and Norwegian. The role is in an international team and all equipment will be shipped to you. Training lasts 2–3 weeks.
