We are not seeking employees, but an entrepreneur for the Siipiweikot chain.) Siipiweikot is Finland's first restaurant based on spicy chicken wings. Our first restaurant opened in 1993. Wings and wing sauces are at the core of Siipiweikot's passion. We are building a wing culture in Finland with family values; satisfied customers and a thriving staff are everything. Our goal is to create positive wing experiences for more and more Finns. What does the chain offer? As a Siipiweikot franchisee, you will have access to the location, delicious products, a well-known brand, chain benefits, comprehensive support for success, and training for all tasks. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? The Siipiweikot franchisee manages their own restaurant and is responsible for the overall business. The entrepreneur also performs operational work and ensures the implementation of the concept and shared rules. We primarily seek entrepreneurs for whom managing a Siipiweikot restaurant is their main occupation. We expect the entrepreneur to understand the responsibilities of entrepreneurship, the fast-paced nature of the restaurant industry, and to have resilience under pressure. The entrepreneur should have a stable financial situation, sufficient time, and commitment to running the restaurant. The initial investment is €200,000-€250,000, with a typical equity contribution of 20-30% of the initial investment. In our view, a good entrepreneur is committed, open, approachable, and genuinely eager to learn, develop, and improve operations. They are results- and goal-oriented. The entrepreneur leads by example and should have a positive, cheerful, relaxed, and easygoing personality. Important qualities include reliability, perseverance, and daily leadership skills. Previous experience in supervisory roles, entrepreneurship, or the restaurant industry is preferred.
