Ole.Fit Järvenpää is a modern and growing fitness center aiming to offer the most versatile and comfortable sports environment in Järvenpää. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional coach to join our team as an entrepreneur. We are looking for a coach who wants to develop the services of the fitness center. As a coach, you will operate as an entrepreneur at Ole.Fit Järvenpää’s premises. The role includes providing personal training, customer acquisition, social media content creation, mainly evening and weekend work, and the use of Cryo local cold device and muscle stimulation device as part of the training services. You will be trained in the safe and proper use of the devices. We expect you to have personal trainer qualification, gym operation experience, sales-oriented and proactive attitude, readiness to operate as an entrepreneur or light entrepreneur, good communication skills, positive attitude, sense of humor, and excellent Finnish skills. We offer use of an existing client base, visibility through the center’s channels, modern workspaces, support for marketing and starting a business, and the opportunity to build a coaching career. The income potential is approximately 1,000–3,000 euros per month depending on workload and client base. The role involves training sessions, development work, sales of services, online training, and online store sales. Interested candidates should send a free-form application and CV in Finnish.
