We are seeking a Chief Accountant with strong expertise in the financial management of fund and investment companies. In this role, you will manage your clients' financial operations closely and act as a strategic partner to fund company management and fund managers. Your experience and understanding of wealth accumulation and investment activities will guide your work. You are independent in your approach and enjoy more demanding accounting tasks and financial statements, with strong Excel skills. What do we expect from the applicant? - Over 5 years of experience in accounting, including diverse experience in an accounting firm. - Experience in comprehensive financial management, taxation, and financial statements of limited partnership fund and investment companies. - Understanding of capital structures. - Solid, empathetic, and people-oriented customer service skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. - Proactive and customer-oriented working style. - Experience with electronic financial management processes and software skills in Procountor and Netvisor. - Proficiency in Finnish and English. - Genuine enthusiasm and an autonomous approach to work, with the ability to share client work collaboratively and supportively among colleagues. In addition to remote work, you are always welcome at EMU offices in Helsinki or Turku. The salary range for the position is €3,700-4,400 per month, depending on skills and experience.
