We are looking for a skilled and reliable excavator operator for Turun Siirtomurske Oy to work on various construction sites in the Turku area. In this role, you will work on diverse projects, using both tracked and wheeled machines depending on the situation. Turun Siirtomurske Oy is a family-owned company established in 1988, known for its reliability in infrastructure construction. The company employs approximately 35 construction professionals and specializes in comprehensive earthworks projects, including new construction and renovations. Turun Siirtomurske is recognized for high-quality workmanship, modern equipment, and smooth collaboration. What do we expect from you? - Experience and skills: You have solid experience operating excavators and handle the machines confidently. Previous experience on construction sites is a significant advantage. - System skills: You are familiar with 3D equipment or eager and capable of quickly learning the system. - Work style: We value patience and calmness — even in demanding situations, tasks are completed efficiently and reliably. - Interpersonal skills: Teamwork is essential on construction sites, so good cooperation and social skills are required. - Certifications and language: A valid safety training card is mandatory, and Finnish is the working language. What we offer you: - Permanent, full-time employment in a financially stable company. - Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (40 hours/week). Sometimes, workdays may extend longer. - Salary: We follow the collective agreement for the infrastructure sector, but we want to reward skills. The salary range, depending on experience and skills, is €13.59 – €19.64 per hour. - The work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, based on agreement. Interested?
