Were seeking for an experienced and ambitious finance professional to join our Business Finance team supporting Buildings market as part of the Global Project Controlling organization. Your new role As a Project Controller, you'll be a key financial partner to our project delivery teams—ensuring strong financial governance, accurate project finances, and actionable insights that enhance project outcomes. You'll work closely with Project Managers and collaborate with Senior Leaders, acting as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, control, and commercial acumen to every stage of the project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively manage the financial performance of your project portfolio, driving value through revenue recognition, risk management, working capital optimisation, and project monitoring. - Champion financial governance by ensuring compliance with project accounting standards, internal controls, Ramboll's policies and procedures, and audit requirements. - Responsible for Project set-up and ongoing maintenance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ramboll's financial processes and systems. - Provide financial advice to stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities early and offering practical, data-driven solutions. This may include participation in tender reviews. - Apply an innovative mindset to streamline and enhance financial operations. - Support change initiatives with agility, helping teams adapt to evolving business priorities. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with Project Managers, Business Controllers, and senior leadership. - Partner with our support team in India to ensure timely and accurate project maintenance and billing.
