We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer to act as a foreman for our client in various building technology projects in the Pirkanmaa region. The work sites are mainly located in Tampere and its surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the work of the installation team on site and participating in practical installation tasks when needed. We value previous experience as a foreman and the ability to lead daily operations on the construction site. We expect from you: Experience in HVAC installation work, Previous experience as a foreman, Good cooperation and organizational skills, Valid B-driver's license. Experience in public construction projects is considered an advantage but is not essential. The most important thing is strong practical skills and experience in leading a worksite.
