Orton Joint Replacement Hospital is looking for new team members. In April 2026, we began operations as a hospital specializing in the treatment of joint replacement patients, providing services to the HUS consortium. Our goal is to speed up patient access to joint surgeries and increase the number of patients treated. Orton's long history in joint surgery continues on an even larger scale, and we are seeking experienced professionals to develop future practices. We are looking for a skilled and motivated physiotherapist for a permanent full-time position. The position is permanent, full-time, mainly two-shift work from Monday to Saturday. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for rehabilitation related to hip and knee joint replacement surgery as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your duties include preoperative guidance, rehabilitation on the ward, and postoperative follow-up. We expect an active work approach, good cooperation skills, and flexibility from you. Previous experience working with joint replacement patients is appreciated. Experience in hospital work is also considered an advantage. Qualifications for the position You must be a licensed physiotherapist. Good spoken and written Finnish language skills are required. Swedish and English are considered an advantage. We require vaccination against infectious diseases for those working in customer and patient facilities. Additionally, a health status report regarding tuberculosis is required for healthcare workers.
