Fysioline Fressi Oy is the largest Finnish-owned chain of fitness centers, including Fressi Wellness Centers and Fressi24 gyms. Fressi offers high-quality and modern facilities for well-being and training across Finland with over 60 locations. Are you interested in entrepreneurship supported by a strong brand? Now you have the opportunity to become a Service Manager at Fressi24 gym and build a successful coaching business! Fressi24 gyms enable customers to train anytime, and there is no reception at the centers. The limited number of clients and a calm training environment are ideal for demanding athletes who know what they want. Working at Fressi24 requires initiative and independence, as there may not always be a colleague or team member present. We are therefore looking for an experienced and independent individual for the position of Service Manager at Fressi24 gym in Kokkola!What are the responsibilities of a Service Manager?Your role will consist of two main areas. The primary focus is on delivering personal trainer or physiotherapist coaching services, in addition to managing the Fressi24 center as a Service Manager. Most of your time will be spent on individual coaching and acquiring new coaching clients. You will have a unique opportunity to improve clients' well-being and quality of life by helping them find the right ways to train. You can influence your working hours and tailor suitable times for coaching sessions for yourself and your clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the Fressi24 gym, which includes a few hours per week. Tasks include quality checks of cleaning, maintaining gym equipment, maintenance requests, small supplies orders, and customer feedback. The most important thing is that the gym is a welcoming place both in terms of facilities and atmosphere. You will be the face, hands, and heart of the center, ensuring everyone feels welcome to train!What we offer you: Strong support for entrepreneurship – You operate as an independent entrepreneur but receive comprehensive onboarding and sales support. You can utilize Fressi’s extensive customer base and also bring your existing clients. Administrative support and systems to assist your work – Fressi handles administrative tasks and customer billing, and provides access to good systems for your work, including a booking calendar, sales platform, customer management system, and training planning tools. Commission-based earnings and a separate compensation for acting as a Service Manager – You can invoice a percentage of your monthly sales (excluding VAT). For physiotherapists, the billing share is 70%, and for personal trainers, 75%. Additionally, a fixed monthly fee is paid for the Service Manager role. Modern facilities – The gyms are modern with high-quality equipment. Training and development opportunities – Internal training and monthly meetings for trainers. Support for client acquisition with Fressi’s help – Fressi organizes testing weeks twice a year, during which clients can test their fitness and body composition at a lower cost. Testing weeks are an excellent opportunity to meet new potential clients!What we expect from you We are looking for a sales-oriented trainer who enjoys working with people. The role requires a Personal Trainer and/or physiotherapist qualification and previous experience in the field. Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative are also necessary for success. The position is full-time, with working hours divided between coaching, client acquisition, and Service Manager duties.
