Job Description: Initially, approximately 50% of the work involves practical nursing and 50% supervisory and administrative tasks. The role will develop over time based on your skills and interests. You will be responsible for elderly care in a home care setting, leading the team’s daily activities and ensuring smooth operations. Your duties include daily team guidance and support, shift planning, and resource coordination. Additionally, you will participate in recruitment and onboarding, collaborate with relatives and networks, and develop care quality and operational models. The work is mainly day shifts but requires flexibility in daily situations. We hope to find a person who genuinely wants to lead by example and develop operations. We expect from you: * A licensed nursing degree * Valid medication licenses * A driver’s license * Experience in nursing (home care experience is an advantage) * Evidence of responsibility, such as team guidance, shift planning, or development activities Furthermore, we value a clear, firm, yet warm work attitude, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with relatives and clients.
