We are looking for healthcare assistants in the Hämeenlinna, Turenki, and Tervakoski areas who want to do diverse and flexible work in services delivered to the elderly at their homes. Shifts are mainly morning and evening shifts, and you can influence when and how often you want to work. The position offers the freedom to tailor work to your life situation. In this role, you will be responsible for basic care of the elderly in their own homes, medication management, and supporting daily activities. The work also includes recording and monitoring patient information. Shifts are mainly morning and evening shifts, and you can influence your working hours. The work involves mobile home care. We hope you have: - Healthcare assistant qualification - Medication licenses (or readiness to obtain them) - Good communication skills - Independent and responsible work attitude - Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish - Experience with the Hilkka system - B driver's license The position requires vaccination protection according to infectious disease law.
