Member of the Avery Dennison Israel management team and partner in various forums in the global company. Full responsibility for all operations department performance. Building and implementing an annual work plan for the Operations Department in all aspects: Leading an operational excellence program - in terms of depreciation, output, and productivity. Acquisition and implementation of new equipment. Defining an annual investment plan with the professional teams. Managing the operations department budget and striving for constant efficiency. Leadership, mentoring, and personal and professional support of department managers. Characterization and implementation of work processes, line infrastructure, procedures, etc. Background and experience: Engineering education - industrial engineering and management, chemistry (process), biotechnology, machinery. Previous experience as a manager/VP of operations in a medium-sized or larger industrial company is required. Experience in leading a production site in a variety of topics and projects, process improvements, operational excellence, maintenance, building an annual work plan, building an investment plan, infrastructure, etc. Previous experience working in a global company - an advantage. Previous experience in the process industry, chemical industry, plastics - an advantage. Very good command of English - fluent speaking, writing and reading.
