We are looking for a Part-time Social Media Moderator to join our team and take responsibility for customer communication and community engagement across our social media channels. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and representing our brand voice. Key Responsibilities Moderate comments and messages across social media platforms Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally Engage in discussions and keep the community active Identify customer feedback and relay it to the team Handle negative feedback and challenging situations constructively Monitor campaign comment sections and participate in discussions Track and report social media sentiment to the team. What we expect from you Excellent English language skills Previous experience in customer service or social media Strong communication skills and good judgment Ability to handle negative feedback and challenging situations professionally Proactive and responsible working style Additional languages are considered a strong advantage, especially: German, Polish, Dutch or Spanish.
