We are now seeking a refrigeration systems designer to join their four-member team to develop future energy solutions. Previous work experience is not required; the most important thing is genuine interest in refrigeration solutions. You will have support from a network of experienced specialists and project managers, with easy access to assistance. Your workplace will be located at Granlund's Helsinki Malmi office. The team has a strong office work culture, and initially, work will mainly be from the office. After the probation period, there is an option to transition to a more flexible hybrid work model. Work Tasks Your core responsibilities will include designing refrigeration units and systems for food stores and logistics properties. You will design piping and refrigeration equipment, which are the heart of refrigeration systems. Project durations vary from a few months for renovations to longer contracts. The project portfolio is extensive, and you will handle multiple projects simultaneously. The focus of the role is on technical design, but as you gain experience, you may also participate in managing the entire project lifecycle. - Refrigeration technical design - Use of design software (AutoCAD, Revit) - Managing multiple projects concurrently - Collaborating with designers, project managers, and contractors We expect from the new team member... - Relevant educational background (e.g., HVAC or refrigeration technology) - Interest in refrigeration solutions - Previous experience with AutoCAD software; Revit skills are considered an advantage - Proficiency in Finnish and at least satisfactory English skills You may also be in the final stages of your studies, and your skills may have been acquired through studies or work experience.
