Are you a professional in customer service within the restaurant industry who can manage the hall during busy times and lead a team by example? Do you want responsibility and to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant? We are looking for a SALIN SUPERVISOR for a permanent full-time position at Ståhlberg. A new restaurant will open in August 2026 in the Tulli district of Tampere. As a hall supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hall and ensure that service is smooth, friendly, and efficient even under pressure. You will support the team, guide practical tasks, and ensure a consistent customer experience throughout your shift. Work tasks: - Managing the daily operations of the hall during shifts - Ensuring quality customer service and customer satisfaction - Responsible for cash register functions - Covering for the restaurant manager in their absence. We expect from you: - At least a few years of experience in similar roles - Reliability and a solution-oriented work attitude - Strong interpersonal skills and leading by example - Hygiene passport - Alcohol serving license - Fluent Finnish language skills. Knowledge of the Resolution cash register system and MaraPlan shift planning software is considered an advantage.
