In this recruitment, we are looking for someone with previous experience in online store picking in the grocery retail sector. You are suitable for the role if you have an interest in retail and enjoy interacting with customers. The work of an online store picker is diverse, busy, and requires precision. Customer orders are picked and packed quickly, several orders per day. The job requires accuracy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Products must be fresh, with proper expiration dates, and always meet customer expectations. The work is physically demanding due to lifting and moving heavy items. At the end of the shift, a step counter often shows over 20,000 steps! Good overall fitness is therefore necessary. Picking in the online store is done at a brisk pace, but with a sense of humor! Customer service is a very important part of the job, as picking is often done while the store is open, and customers are assisted during the process. The days pass quickly working with a great team and customers! The work is flexible from Monday to Saturday, especially around holidays when online shopping is busiest. Therefore, readiness to work on the eves of holidays is appreciated. The shifts start early, at 6:00 am. You can schedule your shifts flexibly according to your own timetable. Shifts are conveniently booked via the Joblink app. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, but sometimes you may know your schedule weeks in advance. It is good to know that casual work often follows customer seasons, with many shifts during busy times and fewer during quieter periods. Your own flexibility, attitude, and activity influence how many shifts are offered. Before your first shifts, we will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed. You do not need to worry about lacking experience. What do we expect from you? Previous experience in grocery retail is required. We hope you have good social skills and enjoy meeting new people.
