We support a variety of services—from IT infrastructure and network systems to operational solutions—working in high-availability and reliability environments. We work closely with business and users, focusing on delivering solutions that support daily work and organizational growth. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support the team responsible for maintaining and developing DOCSIS-based cable network infrastructure. This is a fully remote role working night shifts. We seek individuals who excel in independent expert work and want to apply their knowledge in high-scale, mission-critical environments. Why join us? Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining DOCSIS environments, analyzing and resolving complex incidents related to HFC infrastructure, diagnosing issues with CMTS platforms, collaborating with operational and engineering teams in an international setting, participating in changes and optimization activities, analyzing logs, alarms, and diagnostic data to identify issues, preparing and updating technical documentation and operational procedures, and sharing knowledge to support less experienced team members. You are our missing link if you have at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or operator networks, practical experience with DOCSIS technology, knowledge of HFC environments, experience with CMTS devices, experience with COMMSCOPE/Arris E6000 and/or Cisco CBR solutions, ability to analyze problems independently and propose effective solutions, thrive in a dynamic operational environment, communicate fluently in English, and are ready to work night shifts. We also value experience gained at telecom operators, familiarity with high-availability and large-scale environments, ITIL process experience, network-related certifications, and mentoring or leadership experience.
