ELECTRICIANS AND SITE SUPERVISOR FOR TAMPERE – JOIN A Growing Electrical Company We are looking for electricians and a site supervisor for our client in Tampere as part of a rapidly developing electrical company. The company carries out diverse electrical projects and offers opportunities to participate in interesting projects in Pirkanmaa and, if necessary, elsewhere in Finland. As an electrician, you will work on various electrical installations as part of a skilled team. In the supervisor role, you will be responsible for daily site management, scheduling, organizing work, and ensuring smooth cooperation with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. Both roles value a responsible work attitude, initiative, and a desire to develop one's skills. Previous experience in industrial electrical installations, data center construction sites, or similar demanding projects is considered an advantage. Willingness to travel as needed is seen as positive but is not a requirement. The most important qualities are a professional attitude, a proactive approach, and a desire to contribute to building a growing company. The salary for electricians is based on experience and skills, ranging approximately from €16 to €22 per hour. The salary for the supervisor will be negotiated individually based on skills, experience, and previous achievements. The employment relationship follows the collective agreement for electrical and electronics industry. The work will start in July.
