Roof installer, here it is! Your opportunity to take the next step in your career and be responsible for leading your own installation team. We perform roof renovations on single-family homes and housing companies throughout the year. The work is carried out in a four-person installation team, and our days start at our hall in Porvoo, from where we go together to the site. As a team leader, you will participate in the execution of roof renovations and be responsible for the progress of your own installation team at the site. The job includes leading the work, familiarizing team members with tasks and procedures, and ensuring proper installation according to product instructions. You will ensure that the work is done safely, with the agreed quality, and according to set goals. Your immediate supervisor is our site manager Arttu. You will receive good training for your role and working with us. You will quickly get into the rhythm, and with a proactive attitude, you will surely succeed. Help is always nearby when needed. Years of experience alone are not the key; a desire to learn and take responsibility for your own and your team’s work and its results. Your experience shows in confidence in your work, but also in a systematic approach. You can motivate others and set an example. Diligence and perseverance are also characteristic traits. Good physical condition is a big advantage. Our working language is Finnish, and you should be proficient in it. You need a B driver’s license; BE and C licenses are considered an advantage.
