We are looking for motivated assistant insulators for industrial sites in the Helsinki area. We offer the opportunity to learn the profession of industrial insulator through practical work under the guidance of experienced professionals. Suitable candidates may also be offered a training pathway to become an insulator, either through an apprenticeship or other training. Your initial tasks include: - Transporting and preparing tools and materials - Cutting, measuring, and handling insulation materials - Protecting and tidying workstations - Assisting with thermal and acoustic insulation tasks - Opportunity to participate in installation work alongside a more experienced worker We expect from you: - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn - Good physical condition - Work safety card - Previous experience in construction or industry is an advantage but not necessary We offer you: - The opportunity to develop into an insulation industry professional - Orientation to tasks and support from an experienced team - Stable employment and terms according to the collective agreement - Possibility for apprenticeship training (subject to agreement) - Necessary equipment and work clothing
