The printed circuit boards supplied by Aspocomp are used in telecommunications networks and devices, automotive electronics, security technology and healthcare systems, microchip product development, and industrial automation applications. We are now looking to expand our team at Aspocomp with a PRODUCTION WORKER for exposure. The main task of the exposure worker is to perform the image transfer on printed circuit boards according to given work instructions. The work is somewhat physical, involving handling and lifting of boards, as well as working with arms raised. You are an important part of the overall process, and your work directly affects the quality of the final product. Training will be provided on-site, allowing you to learn through hands-on experience. Your responsibilities include: Laminating, exposing, and developing inner and outer layer boards Operating LDI automation, exposure units, and development lines Preparations and inspections between work stages Ensuring production quality according to work instructions Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation You do not need to have all skills beforehand; we will train you for the role. However, we appreciate: Interest in production and technical processes, Precision and careful work attitude, Willingness to learn and develop in your work, Ability to monitor quality and process functionality. The work will start as agreed, as soon as possible. The employment is initially a fixed-term agency contract for one year with Nordrec, with the possibility of extension and permanent employment with Aspocomp. The work is continuous three-shift work and full-time. Salary is based on the technology industry collective agreement and is TVR 5, 12.85 euros per hour.
