The role covers the entire spectrum of social and health services from Simo to Utsjoki. As Director of Nursing at Lapland Wellbeing Services: - Lead and develop professional nursing activities as part of multidisciplinary services, enhancing customer experience, quality, impact, and safety. - Be responsible for anticipating the competence needs of nursing professionals, coordinating resources, collaborating with educational institutions, and working closely with the line organization on nursing and nursing science. - Develop staff participation, staff experience, and good leadership in accordance with the personnel program. - Represent the employer and develop cooperation with staff representatives. - Participate in strategic leadership, service reform preparations, and change management at the wellbeing area. - Lead cross-organizational nursing expert and interface tasks. - Work within the social and health services sector under the department head, collaborating closely with the line organization, other professional leaders, and HR.
