We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in their duties and provide first-class customer service to Jula's customers. The work begins with comprehensive onboarding in late summer 2026, during which you will visit Jula units in Finland. After the onboarding period, the store will be built, and every employee's valuable contribution is needed for this task. What is the role of Jula's Assistant Store Manager? As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of the department store's management team, responsible for store staff, as well as the unit's results and profitability. When the Store Manager is absent, you will be responsible for the store, employees, and results. The role also includes daily store tasks such as customer service, sales, cashier work, and shelf stocking. We expect you to lead by example, serving customers with quality and efficiency. As an Assistant Store Manager, you represent Jula as an employer and hold a supervisory position relative to employees. Your duties include ensuring and developing employees' skills and competencies, as well as resolving potential problems and challenges. Good communication and interaction skills, along with proactive problem-solving, are valued. The department store is open every day of the week, so you should be prepared to work during all opening hours.
