As a maintenance technician at Kärcher, you will work on a variety of maintenance and repair tasks related to cleaning and sanitation equipment intended for professional and industrial use. You will be part of a team of about 10 people in Nurmijärvi. The daily work is supported by a skilled team, where help is always close, whether you are working at the repair shop or on-site with customers. Your work begins at the Nurmijärvi location, where you will be introduced to the products and work methods on-site at the repair shop. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to move into mobile and independent maintenance technician roles. The work is mainly carried out in Uusimaa and Southern Finland regions. You should also be prepared for work trips within the country that may last up to a week. The job includes contract maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of new equipment. The employment is permanent and full-time, primarily during weekdays. You can start quickly once a suitable candidate is found, as the position is available immediately. The employment contract is directly with Kärcher. Your main tasks as a maintenance technician include: maintenance and repair of cleaning and sweeping machines and pressure washers at the repair shop and customer sites diagnostics and troubleshooting (mechanics, electrical, hydraulics) electronic documentation of maintenance work and communication with customers. We especially value: interest in mechanics, electricity, and technical devices education in electrical or other technical fields customer-oriented and solution-focused approach ability to use maintenance systems and other digital tools Your working language will be Finnish, but you will also need English for training and interpreting technical documents. A BE driving license is preferred so you can drive the service vehicle. Due to the nature of the work, a brief security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate.
