We are looking for an electrical and automation work supervisor for a significant industrial project in Kotka. In this role, you will work in a modern production environment and develop your skills in supervisory tasks. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those early in their career, such as electrical supervisor trainees or professionals transitioning into supervisory roles who want to take the next step and grow into a responsible position through practical experience. The worksite is Easpring Finland CAM battery factory in Kotka, which is one of Finland's largest and most interesting industrial investments at the moment. Employment duration: approximately until summer (possibility of extension as projects progress). As a supervisor, your main tasks will include: Daily management and coordination of electrical and automation work Supervision, monitoring, and quality assurance of installation work Monitoring project schedules and optimizing work progress. Suitable education (e.g., electrical or automation field, engineer/technician) Interest in supervisory tasks and desire to develop in the role Organizational and problem-solving skills.
