Kaiku HR is seeking several workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for major projects in the shipbuilding industry at the Rauma shipyard. You have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense vessels, and world-class special ships. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. We are looking for a ROBOT WELDER. In this role, you will weld the seams of profiles using a welding robot. Your tasks: - Operating T-beam welding robot (Pema) - Positioning the T-beam in the fixture for processing, then the robot will weld the seam - Quality control and supervision - Working as part of a team Requirements: - Interest in shipyard and mechanical workshop work - Previous work experience and/or training in operating a T-beam welding robot or similar - Careful and proactive work attitude - Ability to work in a team - Valid safety and hot work permits - Willingness to work in shifts Please note that selected candidates will undergo a basic security clearance.
